• Seasonal subscriptions: NBA League Pass Premium, NFL+Premium

No, only one Netflix 12 months on us promotion is available per Verizon account.

Your eligibility for the Netflix 12 months on us promotion depends on how you bought your current Netflix subscription.

If you bought your current Netflix subscription:

• Through +play - You are not eligible for this promotion.
• Directly from Netflix - You are eligible for this promotion. After you select a qualifying subscription you'll be taken through the necessary steps to receive the promotion.

You aren't eligible for the Netflix 12 months on us promotion if any of these apply to you:

• You already have a qualifying subscription outside of +play. However, you can pick a different qualifying subscription to get the promotion.
• You currently have another Netflix promotion.
• You currently have a Netflix subscription that was purchased through +play.

To sign up for the Netflix on us 12 months promotional offer:

1. Sign in to My Verizon from a web browser (+play isn't available in the My Verizon app). Choose Shop, then +play.
   • Visit Manage +play Subscriptions - My Verizon Website for step-by-step instructions to sign into +play.
2. Click Learn More on the Get Netflix on us offer.
3. Choose a qualifying subscription.
4. Follow the prompts to enter account and payment information.
   • If you already have a Netflix subscription bought directly from Netflix - You'll be sent to the Netflix website and prompted to login with your current credentials. Follow the prompts to move your Netflix subscription to the +play platform. A confirmation of the transfer will appear on Netflix.com. Your Netflix profile, viewing history and preferences are kept.
5. Accept the terms and conditions.

Important: Your 12-month promotional period of Netflix Premium begins the date you activate the qualifying subscription service.

You can activate your Netflix subscription after buying a qualifying subscription through +play.

To activate your Netflix 12 months on us promotional subscription you can either:

• Sign into Verizon.com. Click Subscriptions. Under the +play section, choose the Netflix tile that shows a Pending Activation status.
• Visit the +play website. Go to Manage then click the Netflix tile that shows Pending Activation status, or click Activate in the notification.

You'll then be sent to the "Manage Netflix subscription" page. Follow the prompts to complete activation on Netflix.com.

Important: Your 12-month promotional period of Netflix Premium begins the date you activate the qualifying subscription service.

Your 12-month promotional period starts on the date that you activate your qualifying subscription.

If you don't complete activation of the qualifying subscription within 80 days of purchasing on +play, the service and Netflix promotion will be canceled.

No, the qualifying subscriptions cannot be moved to +play.  You can move a Netflix subscription by following the instructions.

You can manage within +play any other subscriptions you bought outside of +play if you:

1. Cancel the existing subscription directly with the content provider.
2. Wait to re-subscribe through +play until the end of the original subscription's billing cycle. This helps avoid duplicate charges for the service.
3. Re-subscribe through +play.
4. Activate the service/create an account with the provider. May require creation of a new username and password.

Important: Contact Netflix for refund inquiries in the event you're double-billed.

Yes. You can cancel the qualifying subscription and the Netflix Premium subscription any time only through the Manage page on the +play website.

Here;s what happens to your subscription access after your cancel:

• If you cancel the qualifying service before the end of the initial billing period (year or season) you have access to the subscriptions until the end of the subscription year/season. (E.g., if you purchase an annual subscription and cancel after 5 months, you'll still have access to the subscription for the full 12 months).
•  If you cancel Netflix Premium during the promotional period (i.e. 12 months) you still have access for the remainder of the promotional period.

Important:

• Cancelling only the qualifying service doesn't automatically cancel the Netflix Premium subscription, and vice versa.
• If you linked an existing Netflix account to your +play offer, unsubscribing from Netflix on +play won't  automatically cancel your Netflix subscription after the promotional period. Netflix will automatically resume charging the existing payment method on file once the promotional period ends. To review the details of your Netflix membership visit your Account page on the Netflix website.

At the end of the Netflix 12 months on us promotional period:

• Your Netflix Premium subscription continues at the then-current monthly price through +play unless you cancel at least 2 days before the end of the promotional period.
• The qualifying subscription you got through +play auto-renews monthly at the then-current regular monthly price unless you cancel at least 2 days before the expiration of the subscription period.
  • Exception: NBA League Pass and NFL+ Premium are seasonal subscriptions and don't auto-renew for the next season.

You can cancel your qualifying service or Netflix Premium subscription any time through the Manage page on the +play website.

Here are the Netflix 12 months on us promotion terms and conditions.

If you purchase an eligible subscription on +play, you'll receive 12 months of Netflix Premium at no additional cost. This promotional offer is non-refundable. This offer applies only to eligible subscriptions displaying the Netflix promotion and which are billed through +play ("Paid Subscription"). Offer may not be combined with any other promo, offer, trial or discount and is not valid on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a different Paid Subscription after redemption. Not redeemable or refundable for cash. One Netflix promotion per +play account. Quantity limits apply.

Your 12-month promotional period of Netflix Premium begins on the date that you activate your Paid Subscription on the service provider's website or app ("Promotional Period"), even if you do not activate your Netflix service or link an existing Netflix account to your offer on the same date. If you do not complete activation of the Paid Subscription within 80 days of purchasing the Paid Subscription on +play, the Paid Subscription and Netflix promotion will be canceled.

At the end of your Promotional Period:

• The Paid Subscription will auto-renew monthly at the then-current regular monthly price on +play, unless you cancel at least two days prior to the expiration of the Promotional Period*; and
• Your Netflix Premium subscription will continue at the then-current monthly price on +play (currently $19.99/month for Netflix Premium) unless you cancel at least two days prior to the expiration of the Promotional Period.

*Note: NBA League Pass and NFL+ Premium are season-long subscriptions only and will not auto-renew for the next season.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Paid Subscription or Netflix Premium subscription at any time only through the "Manage" page on the +play website. Cancellation of the Paid Subscription does not automatically cancel your Netflix Premium subscription, and vice versa. If you cancel your Netflix Premium subscription during the Promotional Period, you'll still be able to access it for the remainder of the Promotional Period.

Netflix Activation and Cancellation

The Netflix service is provided to you by Netflix, Inc. under the Netflix Terms of Use, which will be provided to you separately. Any other products or services included in this promo are not provided by Netflix. In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of your +play offer, you'll need to activate the Netflix service by completing the Netflix activation process. You will receive instructions on how to activate the Netflix service via email.

If you already have an existing Netflix account, you can link it to your offer when you activate Netflix as part of your +play offer. Once you do so, all billing for Netflix will be through Verizon +play, and you'll be charged to the payment method you choose when you claim your offer in +play. You will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix account until you link that account to your +play offer. If you link an existing Netflix account to your +play offer, unsubscribing from Netflix on +play will not automatically cancel your Netflix membership after the Promotional Period. Netflix will automatically resume charging your existing payment method that they have on file once the Promotional Period ends.
