    • You must maintain Verizon Wireless service on your new iPhone 7 for 24 months.
    • If you cancel service, if your device payment agreement is paid off or transferred, or if you account is not in good standing, the device promotional bill credits will stop, but you'll still receive market value for your trade.
    • The device promotional bill credits will be applied over 24 months starting in 2 to 3 bill cycles.
    • Credits will start after your 1st payment on your device payment agreement for your new iPhone 7 is received, and your trade in device is returned to Verizon in good working and cosmetic condition. In addition, your account is required to be in good standing.
    • iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus are eligible for device promotional bill credits of $650. iPhone 5, 5c, 5s and iPhone SE are eligible for device promotional bill credits of $400.

How do I trade in my old device under this promotion?

There are several ways to trade in your old device:

    • At a Verizon Wireless store. Find a location near you.
    • When purchasing your new iPhone 7 online, select the option to trade in your old device and follow the process to complete your trade.
    • If you want to trade in your device later, make sure you activate your new iPhone 7 first, then visit our Trade in page, sign into your account and then submit your trade-in request.

After your trade-in appraisal is completed, we'll send you a shipping box to return your old device. You must return your old device to us within 30 days of your trade in transaction.

Will I still get promotional value if my trade in device isn't in good working and cosmetic condition?

No. In order to be eligible for this promotion, the trade in device must be in good working and cosmetic condition, as determined by Verizon Wireless. Each returned device must:

    • Be able to power on and off
    • Have a working battery
    • Have an intact, functioning LCD screen and glass with no cracks or breaks
    • Have intact charging ports and aux/headphone jacks (not broken or missing)
