Father's Day Promotions FAQs

The Father's Day Promotions are limited time offers from Verizon to receive a free Samsung 50" LED Smart TV, Samsung 32" LED Smart TV or Samsung Gear VR with Oculus VR game bundle when you purchase and activate eligible Samsung devices between 6/1 and 6/19/16.

To be eligible for the Samsung 50" LED Smart TV Offer:

You can mix and match any combination of the Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 when you purchase and activate your new phones.

• If you're already a Verizon customer, to be eligible for the promotion you must purchase 2 new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 phones (mix and match) on device payment agreements, with at least 1 phone being a new line of service.
  
  
• If you're a new Verizon customer, to be eligible for the promotion you must purchase 2 new Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 phones (mix and match) on device payment agreements.

To be eligible for the Samsung 32" LED Smart TV Offer:

• If you're already a Verizon customer, to be eligible for the promotion you must purchase a new Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 phone on a device payment agreement as a new line of service.
  
  
• If you're a new Verizon customer, to be eligible for the promotion you must purchase a  new Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 phone on a device payment agreement.

To be eligible for the Samsung Gear VR Offer:

• For both existing and new Verizon customers, to be eligible for the promotion you must purchase or upgrade a new Samsung phone on a device payment agreement.

    Note: The Galaxy S6 edge + and Galaxy S 6 edge are available in-store only. Quantities are limited. Find a store near you.

Note: TV supplies are limited. Only 1 TV offer per account. Purchased devices can only be used for 1 Samsung offer, rebate or promotion. Verizon employees and Verizon Business accounts aren't eligible for these promotions. Customers that qualify and submit for a TV offer, can use any remaining qualifying lines of service for a Gear VR (separate submissions are required).

To redeem your Samsung 50” or 32” LED Smart TV offer:

1. Purchase your new Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 or Galaxy Note5 phones (mix and match).
2. Go to vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter.
   
3. Enter promo code VZ-SAMSUNGTV50 (for 50" TV offer) or VZ-SAMSUNGTV32 (for 32" TV offer).
4. Enter the order date listed on your order confirmation.
5. Enter your personal and device information.
6. Upload copies of your receipts and device package bar codes (UPC).
   
   You should receive your TV approximately 8-12 weeks after you enter your information on the rebate website.

To redeem your Samsung Gear VR Offer:

1. Purchase your new Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge +, Galaxy S 6 edge or Galaxy S 6 phone.
2. Go to samsungpromotions.com/fathersday.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Complete the online form.
5. Enter your IMEI number and MAC Address.
6. Enter your purchase details.
7. Upload copies of your receipts.

Note: To find your IMEI number and MAC Address on your device:

1. From a Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap About phone.
4. Tap Status.

You should receive your Samsung Gear VR approximately 6-8 weeks after you enter your information on the promotions website. Your Oculus content bundle will be delivered via digital download on your phone once it’s placed inside the Gear VR.

Your device(s) must remain active for 6 months to meet the promotion terms. If you take advantage of this offer but suspend service without billing, or deactivate the device(s) before that time, your account will be charged $672 for the Samsung 50" LED Smart TV Offer or $320 for the Samsung 32" LED Smart TV Offer.

Yes. Customers taking advantage of the Father's Day Promotions are also eligible for the Annual Upgrade Program (Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy S7 only).
